Silence, Selah, & Sabbath

Silence, Selah, and Sabbath: gifts that restore the soul and deepen our walk with God.

About Mashona

Welcome! I’m Mashona—a minister, chaplain, mother, and lover of stories. My journey has taken me from the pulpit to the hospital bedside, from academic study to kitchen-table conversations about faith, life, and hope. I write because I believe words can heal, connect, and shine light in dark places.
This blog is my space to reflect on faith, scripture, and daily living. Whether I’m sharing insights from Psalm 23, exploring prayer and the brain, or simply telling a story from my week, I hope you’ll find something here that speaks to your soul.

    Why A-Neu-path?
